Tom's guitar is rather detuned on 'Heart Of Saturday Night'...sounds funny!

audiophile | A | One of my favorite Tom bootlegs. The sound is excellent and the performance shows Tom at a critical point in his career, while he was still developing his vocal and lyrical style displayed not more than a year later. The "Foggy Night" bootleg includes two tracks not listed here. #9 is a hilarious early version of The Piano Has Been Drinking and #10 is an interview at some TV show. I have not been able to track down the source for either of these tracks, but juding by the harsher vocal style, I would say they come from many months later. Both are worth hearing, and this is an essential bootleg for fans of Tom's early material.
