Rhinedogs | A | Studio recording. The music was written by Tom Waits for 'Alice', a play directed by Robert Wilson.Well, it's like an album never released, all the songs were completely unavailable before. Make sure to get a copy!
The sound quality is, needless to say, excellent! The 'Alice' recordings are definitely the best bootlegs ever!

audiophile | B | I really like this set, but I find myself listening to the official version a lot more. The songs here seem to be a little more "out there", and were obviously never intended for major consumption. It's great to hear how some of the songs (especially Tabletop Joe) developed, and there's some stuff here that can't be found on the original, but I wouldn't call this one essential Waits.

iceman | A | I love this one!
It's so uninhibited and wild. It's one of a kind, really. It's a gem for us Waits nerds, and I especially enjoy being able to observe Tom's work methods (or something... you know, hearing the difference between demo and album...).
