This version is almost the same as Wolf's "The Remasters Volume 6" set, with a few small errors fixed. I almost completely removed the few blasts of static hiss in "Come on Up to the House" at around 2:06 and I smoothed the transition from "Goin' out West" to "Cant Wait...". Wolf's version circulated in shn format, and I took his original shn files, decoded to wav, performed the fixes, and re-encoded to shn. I am willing to trade this set in either format, but would prefer to keep it in shn to preserve the quality. The overall lineage looks something like this:

SBD > CDRx? > Wolf's Digital Remaster > wav > shn > wav > Audiophile's remaster > shn.

Now that technical mumbo jumbo is out of the way, I'll say that the performance itself is great. There's a few weak moments, but the Black Rider introduction, peformance of the new material, and the inclusion of the "Step Right Up" segments is fantastic. He plays an awesome mixture of songs, and tells some great stories (the spider's penis story is hilarious). This concert has undergone various iterations in a few short years, but I think this is the one to get. If you have one 1999 show, get this or the Italy 7/24/1999.
