Audience recording. Sounds like copied from an old tape, but still good!
Tom's guitar is rather detuned on 'Heart Of Saturday Night'...sounds funny!

One of my favorite Tom bootlegs. The sound is excellent and the performance shows Tom at a critical point in his career, while he was still developing his vocal and lyrical style displayed not more than a year later. The "Foggy Night" bootleg includes two tracks not listed here. #9 is a hilarious early version of The Piano Has Been Drinking and #10 is an interview at some TV show. I have not been able to track down the source for either of these tracks, but juding by the harsher vocal style, I would say they come from many months later. Both are worth hearing, and this is an essential bootleg for fans of Tom's early material.
